If you’re ready for more than “just a nice massage” and want something that genuinely solves the aches, tension and niggles that your body is carrying you’re in exactly the right place.

 

You see, most spa type massages will consist of a set routine. Yep, it feels amazing, but it’s usually more about making you feel relaxed than actually solving specific niggles. While sports massage can be more about the “no pain, no gain” approach.

 

What I do is different.

 

Every session starts with a conversation. I listen, assess, and then create a treatment plan designed for your body on that day. My aim isn’t just to help you feel good while you’re on the table – it’s to solve problems, improve how you move and feel, and give you the tools to stay that way.

 

The result? The perfect combination of relaxation (soft blankets, low lighting, calming music) and problem solving (using specific techniques designed to release tension and calm the nervous system). So you leave feeling lighter, freer and more in tune with yourself – with a clear plan for ongoing care if you need it.

I’m Alix – a women’s wellbeing specialist with over a decade of experience helping women feel better in their bodies. I bring together advanced massage therapy with a deep understanding of women’s health. My qualifications include:

 

* Sports Massage and C‑Section Scar Massage

* Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

* Personal Training and Pre/Postnatal Exercise (pelvic floor & core)

* Peri- and Post‑Menopause Fitness & Wellbeing

* Therapeutic Coaching

 

This means your treatment isn’t just hands-on. It’s guided by an understanding of how your body works at every stage of life, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to peri/menopause and beyond.
